Gov. Evers drops Covid-19 rule-making proposal to state Legislature, won't try again

Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers said he won’t submit new statewide stay at home and phased reopening proposals in response to Covid-19, and his attorney called on the Legislature to write and approve its own plan.
