Arizona health officials rejecting more reopening applications than those being approved

As the state's health department is flooded with applications from businesses for reopening, officials are denying requests for gyms, bars and movie theaters to reopen twice as often as they are allowing them to reopen. One popular fitness chain with 29 Valley locations has been given the go-ahead for reopening.
