Corporate Whistleblower Center Urges The Trump Administration to Go After Healthcare and Drug Companies Gouging Medicare & Medicaid-To End This Billion Dollar Problem-Start Sending Executives to Jail

The Corporate Whistleblower Center is appealing to the Trump Administration to put in place an Executive Order mandating healthcare and drug company executive that rip-off Medicare-Medicaid go to jail-rather than giving them a fine-slap on the wrist.

WASHINGTON, DC, September 10, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "We have the largest private sector whistleblower initiative in the US, we have state specific whistleblower initiatives nationwide and our top priority is going after companies that rip-off the federal government. If you rob a bank---the bank robber most of the time goes to jail. However, if you are an executive for a big healthcare company and you bill Medicaid-Medicare for unnecessary medical treatments on a massive scale or you are an executive for a big drug company and your bribe medical doctors to prescribe unnecessary pharmaceutical products--you get a fine-no one goes to jail.

"These types of practices cost the taxpayers billions and billions of dollars each year---and as mentioned the wrongdoers get a fine--if they get caught. Most never get caught." https://CorporateWhistleblower.Com

The Corporate Whistleblower Center has lost all faith in the US Congress to do anything meaningful with respect to healthcare or drug companies gouging the US taxpayer--in large part because members of the US Congress always have their hands out for campaign contributions-or like in the instance of Speaker Nancy Pelosi---they are preoccupied with getting their hair done at a beauty salon--in a state where all other beauty salons are all closed.

However, the group believes if President Trump would sign an Executive Order that stated---'if an executive at healthcare or pharmaceutical company is involved in a scheme to overbill Medicaid or Medicare for unnecessary healthcare treatments of any type---the executive and their complicit coworkers will go to jail for five years-if the wrong doing exceeds five million dollars.'

A Presidential Executive Order like this would be a game changer for ripped off taxpayers. As a result of this order the Corporate Whistleblower Center believes executives at big healthcare companies and or pharma companies would change their ways. In other words crooked hospital CEOs would no longer mandate a Medicare patient visiting their ER be required to stay overnight, get an MRI, CT scan and undergo every other unnecessary medical test known to mankind-not because the person needed the treatments- but rather because this is an easy way to rip-off Medicare-Medicaid. They are also convinced an Executive Order like this would also dissuade drug company executives from bribing medical doctors to prescribe their overpriced medications.

"Unless our nation's leaders put in place criminal punishments for healthcare and pharmaceutical companies ripping off Medicaid and Medicare--nothing ever changes--and the taxpayers continue to get overbilled-ripped off in billions of dollars each year. If our nation's laws do not apply to everyone---why have laws?" https://CorporateWhistleblower.Com
