Ige signs new emergency proclamation, extending travel quarantine while authorizing pre-travel testing

Gov. David Ige signed the 13th emergency proclamation on Wednesday, leaving the 14-day mandatory quarantine in place, while formalizing the launch of the pre-travel testing program on Oct. 15.
