I Am Health is a new health service based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan that aims to provide a wide range of reflexology services to clients in the area. This new business uses the skills of registered massage therapists to offer relief for a wide range of conditions, taking the benefits of reflexology beyond that of relaxation alone.
The services offered at Saskatoon’s new reflexology service are designed to provide a wide range of health benefits. Aside from relaxation massage sessions, they also offer craniosacral therapy to relieve pain and physical strain, visceral manipulation to work out tense fascia and viscera, lymph drainage massage to help release toxins built up in the body, reflexology massage to target areas of pressure, and more. As such, their massage therapy can help with a wide range of both short-term health issues as well as easing cases such as chronic pain with the recommendations of a doctor.
I Am Health was started by Lin Perrault, who also performs all of the treatments with the help of her support staff. Lin is a Registered Massage Therapist at Saskatoon Wellness Center, bringing over 10 years of experience in massage therapy and reflexology. Inspired to learn massage therapy to initially help her disabled daughter, she found that many people in the community could benefit from the same skills that she had learned. As such, she opened I Am Health to provide a service that could address a wide range of bodily health issues through massage and reflexology.
The new website launched by I Am Health contains information on the wide range of services that they offer, as well as the specific benefits that they can have to the individual’s health. Aside from that, the site will regularly update with blogs containing helpful information on not just massage therapy but the ways that people can manage their stresses, strains, and pains outside of their treatments, as well.
