The Company divested its assets in 2018 and 2019 and is now seeking new business opportunities.

The Company is currently pursuing a new business strategy following its exit from the energy management space in 2019. The optimum business strategy is to acquire a business that can take advantage of the Company's public listing and its tax losses of $165 million. The Company is currently actively acting on three such asset acquisitions.

Prior to joining ONEnergy, Mr. de Ocampo was part of the founding management team that launched Wind Mobile (now Freedom Mobile), Canada's fourth largest mobile telecommunications provider.
