Fugitive Kaitlin Armstrong previously charged with larceny after not paying for $650 Botox procedure

Fugitive Kaitlin Armstrong, who is wanted in connection with the May 11 death of 25-year-old cyclist Moriah Wilson in Austin, Texas, was charged with larceny in 2018. The now-34-year-old apparently received a $650 Botox treatment at a spa and left without paying.
