  • 1-1/2 cups complete buttermilk pancake mix
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar
  • 1 green apple, diced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chopped sage

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pancake mix and whipping cream until mixed.
  3. Fold in cheddar, diced apple, and sage. Roll into a large ball, then press into a large, approximately 1” thick round.
  4. Slice round into 8 triangles. Transfer onto a GoodCook BestBake cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 18-23 minutes or until the bottom edges are golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
