Easy skillet cornbread baked in a GoodCook ProEase 10-inch Saute Pan is a fantastic accompaniment to so many recipes.  Cornbread can easily be baked in the oven using a GoodCook ProEase 10-inch Saute Pan. The Supremsafe Nonstick coating keeps the cornbread from sticking to the pan and helps with cleanup.

  • 1 Box Corn Bread Mix
  • 2/3 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 2 Eggs

Directions

  1. Combine the cornbread mix, milk, melted butter, and eggs in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the cornbread mixture into a GoodCook ProEase 10-inch Saute Pan.
  3. Place the  GoodCook ProEase 10-inch Saute Pan into the oven. Bake according to the directions on the package.
  4. Remove the oven and allow to cool slightly before turning the pan over onto a cooling rack.
  5. Slice and serve.
