On April 21, 2005, we issued a news release announcing:
• a two-for-one stock split on our common stock payable May 23, 2005,
• a regular quarterly dividend of $.12 per common share payable on a pre-split basis on May 16, 2005
• authorization of up to $500 million in additional repurchases of our common stock over the next five years.
