On November 13, 2008, at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Edwards Lifesciences Corporation, Robert A. Ingram, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, was appointed to the Audit and Public Policy Committee, effective immediately, filling the vacancy created by the death of Philip M. Neal.
