On January 15, 2010, Nelson Chan informed Silicon Laboratories Inc. that he does not intend to stand for re-election as a director at the 2010 annual meeting of stockholders due to his other board obligations and responsibilities. His decision does not relate to any disagreement regarding Silicon Laboratories Inc.’s operations, policies or practices.
