On March 6, 2008, Callon Petroleum Company issued the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 providing information regarding the company’s operating results for the fourth quarter and the year ended December 31, 2007.

On March 6, 2008, Callon Petroleum Company issued the press release attached as Exhibit 99.2 announcing guidance for the first quarter and full - year 2008.

As disclosed in a previous press release dated March 4, 2008, the company announced that a conference call would be held on Friday, March 7, 2008 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time.
