On March 10, 2009, Callon Petroleum Company issued the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 providing information regarding the company’s operating results for the fourth quarter and the year ended December 31, 2008.

As disclosed in a press release dated March 2, 2009, attached as Exhibit 99.2, Callon Petroleum Company announced that its conference call reporting fourth quarter and full-year 2008 results would be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time.
