Regulation FD
 
On June 3, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has received approval for listing on the NASDAQ Global Market and that its shares of common stock will commence trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on June 5, 2009 under the symbol “CHNG.” A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K.
