On March 12, 2015 Garmin Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has adopted a Rule 10b5-1 plan in connection with the $300 million share repurchase authorization that was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on February 13, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
