On February 2, 2015, Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (the “Company” or “Annaly”) accepted the resignation of Rose-Marie Lyght as Chief Portfolio Officer of the Company, effective February 15, 2015.  The Board thanks Ms. Lyght for her many years of service and valuable contributions to the Company.
