Flushing Financial Corporation (the “Company”) (Nasdaq-GS: FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Savings Bank, FSB (the “Bank”), announced record core earnings for the year, and increases in net income for the year and fourth quarter over comparable prior year periods.
