Item 9. Regulation FD Disclosure
As it has done in the past on an annual basis, Franklin Street Properties
Corp. (the "Company") commissioned A.G. Edwards, Inc. to deliver to the Company
an estimate of the value of the Company. On October 7, 2003, A.G. Edwards
informed the Company that its estimate of the value of the Company, as of
October 1, 2003, was $16.45 per share of common stock. There is no public market
for the common stock of the Company.
