Petah Tikva, Israel, February 1, 2007 – Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (Nasdaq: GILT) today announced that it will release its fourth quarter and year-end 2006 financial results on Tuesday, February 13, 2007. Following the earnings announcement, Gilat will host a conference call at 9:00 AM EST. The presentation may be accessed through the Company’s website at www.gilat.com prior to the call. A replay of the call will be available beginning at approximately 12:00 PM EST, February 13, 2007 until February 15, 2007 at 12:00 PM.
