This Amendment No. 4 relates to the Registration Statement on Form S-3, Registration No. 33-51182, filed on August 21, 1992, as amended by Amendment No. 1 filed on October 19, 1992, as further amended by Amendment No. 2 filed on January 26, 1993 and as further amended by Amendment No. 3 filed on February 9, 1993, pertaining to Debt Securities of Georgia-Pacific Corporation. This Registration Statement also relates to Registration No. 33-48041 (the “Related Registration Statement”) pursuant to Rule 429 under the Securities Act of 1933.

 

The undersigned Registrant hereby removes and withdraws from registration all securities registered pursuant to this Registration Statement and the Related Registration Statement which remain unissued.
