On July 16, 2007, Hudson Highland Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing its expected EBITDA and revenue ranges for the second quarter of 2007 as well as expectations for EBITDA for the third quarter of 2007. A copy of such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
