Item 8.01 Other Events.
As of September 30, 2007 we had 440,000 square feet of space held for redevelopment under construction for Turn-Key Datacenter™, build-to-suit datacenter and Powered Base Building™ space in nine U.S. and European markets rather than the previously reported 298,000 square feet.
