On May 27, 2008, Jonathan S. Gross resigned as Senior Vice President - Exploration of Cheniere Energy, Inc. (the “Company”), but will continue as an employee until July 31, 2008. The Company’s arrangement with Mr. Gross regarding termination are discussed in the Form 8-K previously filed by the Company on May 14, 2008.
