On November 12, 2008, American Land Lease, Inc. (“we” and “our”) issued a press release announcing our results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 and on the same day we conducted a conference call to discuss those results. A copy of that press release was furnished as an exhibit to our November 12, 2008 Current Report on Form 8-K. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
