The Company’s 2009 annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., at the Company’s NCI Conference Center located at 7313 Fairview, Houston, Texas. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on Monday, January 12, 2009 will be entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting.
