On May 12, 2010, Phoenix Footwear Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its final financial results for the three months ended April 3, 2010. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
