On May 1, 2018, the Company held its Annual Meeting in San Francisco, California. As of the record date, there were a total of 55,484,436 shares of the Companys common stock outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting. The following is a brief description of each matter voted upon at the Annual Meeting and a statement of the number of votes cast for and against or withheld and the number of abstentions and broker non-votes with respect to each matter, as applicable.
