Registrant has been delayed in filing its Form 10-Q for quarter ending June 30, 2010 as over the past several weeks we have been in the process of curing our delinquencies  in filing our periodic reports with the SEC. The Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2010 was filed on August 10, 2010 and since then we have been working on the Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2010.
