ITEM 8.01. Other Events
On April 25, 2006, Federal Trust Corporation declared a $0.05 per share cash dividend and a 2% stock dividend on the Company’s common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on May 25, 2006, to shareholders of record on May 9, 2006 and the stock dividend will be distributed on June 12, 2006, to shareholders of record on June 1, 2006, and issued a press release announcing the dividends.
