GOL leads the on-time performance rankings in October |
São Paulo, November 3, 2015 - GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL), (S&P: B-, Fitch: B-, Moody’s: B3), the largest low-cost and best-fare airline in Latin America, hereby informs its shareholders and the market that was once again Brazil’s most on time performance airline in October, with 96.91% (*) of its domestic flights taking off on time, according to Infraero.
This was the eighth consecutive month that the Company has headed the on time performance rankings with 22,907 flights in the month, the largest figure among Brazilian airlines. The company also maintained its year-to-date leadership, between January and October, when it reached 95.65% with 225,281 flights operated on time.
This leadership is the result of the Company’s constant efforts in regard to flight planning, with a continuing focus on operating efficiency. The on time performance indicator reflects GOL’s constant investments in providing passengers with a better experience, ensuring that they receive excellent service at every step of their journey.
The Company always uses the same indicator to measure the on time performance of its operations, thus maintaining the commitment to transparency and governance of its controls.
