Item 5.02      Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On February 10, 2017, the Board of Directors of Enservco Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), appointed current Board member Richard A. Murphy as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Rick D. Kasch, former Chairman of the Board of Directors, will remain a member of the Board of Directors and will continue as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
