Franklin Electric Co., Inc. (the “Company”) evaluated its products and determined that certain products contain tin, tungsten, tantalum, and/or gold (3TG). After a diligent survey of our suppliers, the Company has determined that its supply chain is Conflict Free Undeterminable and, as a result, the Company has filed its Conflict Minerals Report, which appears as Exhibit 1.01 hereto and is publicly available at www.franklin-electric.com.
