Xcel Energy’s management will meet with investors on March 25-26, 2014 to update them on Xcel Energy’s
operations, regulatory plans, and business plans. Xcel Energy will reaffirm 2014 ongoing earnings guidance of
$1.90 to $2.05 per diluted share.
