The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02.

On November 8, 2018, Pinnacle West issued a press release regarding its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2018 and its earnings outlook for 2018 and 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
