(b) On January 25, 2008, Dwight D. Decker, the current Chairman of the Board of Skyworks Solutions, Inc., announced that he will retire from the registrant’s Board of Directors effective March 27, 2008.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 28, 2008, Skyworks Solutions, Inc. issued a press release announcing the retirement of Dwight D. Decker from its Board of Directors, a copy of which is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
