RE.: Authorization to submit a Shelf Registration Statement

 

 

I am writing you as Responsible for Market Relations of Telecom Argentina S.A. (“Telecom Argentina” or the “Company”) to inform you that the Company´s Board of Directors, in a meeting held today, approved the submission to the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) of a "Shelf Registration Statement" with the aim, once the SEC declares it effective, of permitting the secondary sale of Class B shares issued by the Company and the underlying American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) of such Class B shares in the United States of America.

The related documentation is currently under preparation and therefore the submission to the SEC will be made in the following days.
