RE: Call for the General Ordinary Shareholders´ Meeting to be held on April 25, 2018

 

I am writing you as Attorney in Fact of Telecom Argentina S.A. to inform you that the Company’s Board of Directors, in a meeting held today, resolved to summon for an Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on April 25, 2018, at 10.00 a.m. on first call, and at 11.00 a.m. on second call in order to discuss the documentation corresponding to the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017.

Promptly, we will submit the additional documentation required in Section 4, Chapter II, Title II of the ‘Comisión Nacional de Valores’ Rules (N.T. 2013).
