In line with our views on excellence in management and ambitions to further improve efficiency in general, the Sales and Marketing functions will be structured as two different functional groups as of June 13, 2006 at Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S.

According to this change, Lale Saral Develioglu, who has been performing as Director of Marketing since December 9, 2003 has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer and Levent Burak Demiralp, who performed as manager at sales and customer relations areas from April 15, 2002 until October 30, 2006 and has been performing as General Manager at our subsidiary Global Bilgi Pazarlama Danisma ve Cagn Servisi Hizmetleri A.S. since November 1, 2003 has been appointed as Chief Sales Officer as of June 13, 2006.

In line with this change, Tulin Karabuk who has assumed the responsibility of Sales and Marketing functions has been appointed as Chief Officer responsible for Local and International Investments as of the same date.
