The Board of Directors of Salisbury Bancorp, Inc. declared a $0.27 per
share quarterly cash dividend at their December 3, 2007 Board Meeting.
The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on January 31, 2008 to
shareholders of record as of December 31, 2007.
