Due to a technical error, the Statement of Operations table in the press release
dated May 22, 2003 entitled "Frontier Airlines Reports Fiscal Year 2003 Results"
originally furnished with the Company's Form 8-K dated May 22, 2003, improperly
copied the information for the Twelve Months Ended March 31, 2003 to the column
entitled Three Months Ended March 31, 2003.  Accordingly, the Company is filing
this Form 8-K/A to correct this technical error and provide the correct information
for the Three Months Ended March 31, 2003 in the Statement of Operations Table.
