          On February 24, 2006, Westwood One, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing earnings for the full year and fourth quarter ended December 31, 2005. A copy of such press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
