ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMETNS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.
On March 9, 2009, the Company announced a ten percent reduction in the annual base salaries of certain employees. The salary reduction was applicable to all non-union employees who had annual base salaries of more than $50,000, including the Company’s named executive officers. The reduction took effect on April 6, 2009. On July 27, 2009, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors approved the restoration of salaries to normal levels, including the Company’s named executive officers. Salaries will be restored to their normal levels effective on August 9, 2009.
