Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The Insight Enterprises, Inc. 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders was held on May 19, 2010. At the 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, the following proposals were considered:

  (1)   The election of three Class I directors to serve until the 2013 annual meeting of stockholders or until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified; and

  (2)   The ratification of the appointment of KPMG LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2010.
