Item 5.07.   Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
     The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (“FIS”) was held on May 27, 2010. The results of matters submitted to a vote were as follows:
     Nominees for Class II directors to serve until the 2013 FIS Annual Meeting of Shareholders were elected by the following vote:
