Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On April 27, 2011, The Lubrizol Corporation issued a press release announcing the Company’s results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
