On January 10, 2005, Open Solutions Inc. confirmed its previous guidance for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2004, in addition to announcing its guidance for the quarter ending March 31, 2005 and the full year ending December 31, 2005. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
