On June 27, 2006, the Organization and Compensation Committee of the Board of
Directors approved the base salary increase of Joseph W. Bauer, who is an executive
officer named in the Summary Compensation Table of The Lubrizol Corporation’s 2006
Proxy Statement. The new annual base salary is effective August 11, 2006. Mr.
Bauer was informed of his increase on July 26, 2006. |
