Terreno Realty Corporation Adds Independent Director

Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE: TRNO), an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, announced the addition of Gary N. Boston as an independent director effective October 1, 2022, expanding its Board of Directors to eight. Most recently, Mr. Boston was Senior Portfolio Manager of APG Asset Management, a leading global manager of pension assets. Mr. Boston was a Director of Retail Value Inc. (NYSE:RVI) from 2018 until its dissolution in June 2022. Mr. Boston holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business.
