Antares Taps Jack Snyder to Spearhead Firm’s Private Wealth Strategy

Snyder Brings Over Two Decades of Alternatives Distribution and Wealth Management Experience

Antares Capital (“Antares”), a leading alternative asset manager with $67B+ in capital under management and administration, today announced that Jack Snyder has joined the firm as Managing Director, Head of U.S. Wealth Distribution.

In this newly created role, Mr. Snyder will oversee the launch of Antares’ private wealth strategy, where he will play an integral role in increasing the firm’s assets under management through the development of strategic relationships in the wealth channel. He also will build and manage an internal and external wholesale team. Mr. Snyder is based in New York and reports to Vivek Mathew, Head of Asset Management.

Mr. Snyder has a proven track record in alternatives distribution and robust experience in the Wirehouse, IBD, RIA and Private Bank channels. He previously served as Managing Director, National Sales Manager for Wirehouse and RIA channels and Head of Retail Alternatives Sales for First Eagle Investments, where he oversaw selling the firm’s retail products in wirehouse and RIA channels. Prior to this role, he worked as Managing Director, East Regional Manager, Global Private Client Group for Nuveen Investments.
